Where It All Started

LaPita quietly opened its doors in early 2023 on Don Pedro Street in Poblacion, Makati. What began as a small passion project by Chef Sam Rohana quickly became one of the neighborhood's most talked-about dining destinations.

Word of Chef Sam's flavorful Middle Eastern dishes spread through the food community, drawing curious diners to this humble eatery where every guest is welcomed as family.

The name "LaPita" pays homage to the heart of the menu — the freshly baked, pillowy pita bread that comes stamped with the restaurant's mark, a symbol of authenticity and handmade craft.
